How does the Monthly Single Package work?
- Tailored for individual needs, our Monthly Single Package is designed for a single person’s convenience.
- You can entrust us with your daily wardrobe essentials—Shirts, T-Shirts, Pants, Skirts, Jeans, Socks, Undergarments, Towels, and more. You may send items several times a month.
- Once a month, you have the option to send in a 4-piece bedding set, including a bed sheet, pillowcases, bolster case, and either a comforter or a blanket.
- All garments received will undergo machine wet-cleaning, tumble-drying, and meticulous folding.
- Items will be cleaned according to their care label. If no care label is attached, we reserve the right to decide on the cleaning method. Our Team will contact you if the garment should go for dry clean or special care and seek your approval to proceed your order. Kindly note that dry-cleaning and special care will extend the processing time and the associated cost are not covered by the Monthly Single Package.
- The package has a reasonable capacity, allowing up to 25kg of items per month—more than sufficient for a single person’s needs. Our team will notify you in advance when you reach the maximum limit.
- If you enjoy our service, feel free to continue with the package and make your payment within the first 7 days of the month.
- Both parties have the right to terminate the service. No refunds will be issued, and the service will continue for the remaining days in the month.
