Terms and Conditions


1.1         These Terms will apply to any Order we accept from you via our website, mobile app or any other platform. Please note that you are aware of your rights and obligations with respect to WASHING WASHER (Business Registration No. 202103009974 (003224423-U) and its affiliates and subsidiaries (individually and collectively, “WashingWasher”, “we”, “us” or “our”).

1.2          Before becoming a user of this website, you must read and accept all of the Terms and Conditions. You agree to give consent to us to process of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy tab.

1.3          We reserve the right to change, modify, suspend or discontinue all or any part of this website, Products and Services (“P&S”) at any time or upon notice given. Please read and get to know more about our P&S in Section 3 below.

1.4          As we promise easy use at our website, we may also impose limits on certain features to entire or some parts of the website and P&S in our sole discretion and without notice nor liability.

1.5          We reserves the right to refuse to provide you access to the website, P&S or to allow you to open an Account for any reason(s) /circumstance(s) that we deem fit and relevant from time to time.

1.6          By using our website, you give your irrevocable acceptance, agreement and consent to the Terms and Conditions stated and other polices reference herein and linked hereto. If you do not agree, please do not access and use our website for any purpose.

1.7          You agree to hold harmless and indemnify us from all issues and responsibilities on the misuse of our P&S. You agree to exercise best possible due care while using our website, P&S and made no false representation and reference to us due to your own actions.

2.2          You must read and agree all terms stated prior to the use of our website.

2.3          You agree and acknowledge that the proprietary rights of your User Information are jointly owned by you and us for the purpose of using the website only.

2.4          You agree to keep your User ID and password confidential for your own use.

2.5          You are to ensure that you log out from your account at the end of each session.

2.6          You will notify us immediately/without delay of any unauthorised use of your Account, User ID and password.

2.7          You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your User ID and Account.

2.8          We will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised use of your User ID and Account or your failure to comply with this Section.

2.9          You may terminate your Account upon notifying us in writing to our support team at: or “Contact Us” section. We accept no responsibilities and shall not be held liable for any data loss and damages incurred due to your decision and actions.


3.1          Our P&S offers are listed in our Services tab.

3.2          All orders for Washing Washer shall be subject to the Terms set out herein. We however reserve the right to refuse service to any Customer. All Items submitted to us must be claimed by presenting the order form within 30 days from the date of the order form. We shall not be responsible for any Item not claimed within the said 30 days and shall have an absolute right to deal with any unclaimed Item in such manner as we think fit.

3.3          We exercise the utmost care in cleaning and processing Items entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual Item. Nevertheless, we shall not assume responsibility for any color loss, shrinkage, damage to weak tender fabrics, etc. We shall not be responsible for trimmings, buckles, beads, buttons, zip, sequins, ornaments, etc. or any valuables claimed to be attached to or left on any Items submitted to us.

3.4         Customers are reminded that it is an offence under the “Quarantine and Prevention of Disease Ordinance” to send any bleeding, clothing or other articles which they know to have been in contact with infectious disease, to a public wash house.

3.5         Curtain Cleaning: Prolonged hanging of curtains and constant exposure to sunlight, heat and humidity may result in the weakening and degradation of the fabric. As such, despite utmost care taken during the cleaning process, holes, tears or fabric discoloration may occur or be apparent. Progressive shrinkage may occur because of the inherent nature of the fabric or because it was not completely pre-shrunk. Some curtain stains such as yellow or brown stains can be caused by sunlight or humidity, and are therefore not stains that can be removed via a cleaning process. For the above reasons, we not accept liability for damage to curtains.

3.6        Under standard operating conditions, we strive to return your items within three (3) days from the date of order placement. However, it’s important to acknowledge that unforeseen circumstances, beyond our control, may occasionally affect our ability to meet this timeframe. These circumstances may include, but are not limited to, severe weather conditions, sudden equipment malfunction, or other unforeseen operational challenges. Customers are encouraged to check items immediately upon delivery. All claims on the lost or damaged items after forty-eight (48) hours will not be valid.


For missing Items, we shall have 21 days to locate such Items before you may submit a claim in accordance with these General Terms.

In the event of damaged goods, Washing Washer reserves the right to inspect the Item before proposing a resolution. We also reserve the right to repeat the laundering, wet cleaning, or dry cleaning process for the Item, if, in the expert opinion of Washing Washer, there is a likelihood that this action would fix the perceived damage.

Washing Washer shall not be liable for any of the following:

    • Any damage resulting from any pre-existing damage or weakness in the Item, or any Item which we agree to clean at the risk of the Customer due to the nature of the Item.

    • Intrinsic flaws or defects in materials that may cause tears or the formation of small holes in fabric that are not visible prior to processing.

    • Items damaged that do not include a care label, or where the care label does not state the material composition of the Item.

    • Damage caused by Items that the Customer has left with or in the Items or the laundry bag, including but not limited to pens, tissues, and coins.

Washing Washer’s liability with respect to any lost or damaged Items caused by us shall not exceed five (5) times the charge for cleaning that Item, regardless of brand or condition.

3.7          Washing Washer is not liable for loose things such as jewellery, watches, cash, detachable buttons, cufflinks, belts, broaches, stings, laces, hoods, or loose objects on Items, etc., despite our best efforts to monitor them. Customers should remove these Items and empty the pockets before leaving articles with us, as we cannot be held liable for Items that are left in the pockets which cause damage to your apparel (lipstick, gum, pen, etc.).

3.8          Washing Washer accept no responsibility for unavoidable delay or loss which is due to any cause beyond its control, including internet interruption, water shortage, electricity shortage, labour shortage or dispute, war, terrorism, riot, sabotage, government acts, and other similar events.

3.9          Washing Washer reserves the right to attach a barcode/tag on a non-obtrusive position of your Items. These barcodes and tags are critical in allowing us to monitor your Items.

3.10          You agree that Washing Washer may, in its sole discretion and at any time, modify, discontinue, or suspend its operation of the Services, any part thereof, or any Contents, temporarily or permanently, without notice or liability to you.


4.1          We offer comprehensive online payment options through iPay88 at our website such as:

  • Credit/ Debit Cards
  • Bank Transfers
  • FPX Internet banking and Banking apps
  • E-wallet
  • Other Channels by iPay88

4.2        We want to ensure a seamless experience for our customers. Therefore, we do not impose any additional transaction fees for making purchases and processing payments through our website.

4.3        Refund Policy

a) Acknowledgement Form for Service Utilization:
Once our services have been rendered/utilized, we do not require customers to sign an acknowledgment form. Our commitment is to provide efficient and high-quality laundry services without unnecessary paperwork.

b) Refund for Service Cancellation:
We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to cancel your service. If you decide to cancel a service you’ve scheduled, please get in touch with us immediately. We offer refunds for cancellations; however, our refund policy is as follows:

Refunds are granted in the event of overpayment or redundant payment resulting from a technical glitch during the payment process.
If a refund is approved, the purchased product or service may be canceled, with such cancellation taking effect within the next 24 hours.
In cases where your account is associated with any fraudulent transactions, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to temporarily suspend your account.

c) Handling Customer Satisfaction:
We are committed to providing top-notch laundry services. In the rare event that a customer is not satisfied with our services, we encourage them to reach out to our support team at or through the “Contact Us” section on our website. We take customer feedback seriously and will work diligently to address any concerns and provide a resolution that meets your satisfaction.

We hope this updated section addresses your payment gateway’s queries and provides clarity to your customers regarding payments, refunds, and customer satisfaction.

5.            VIOLATIONS

5.1          Violations of this policy may result in the following:

    • Temporary deactivation;

    • Account suspension and subsequent termination;

    • Civil actions to protect our business reputation including filing for claim/ damages/ injunctions.

6.2          Our support team will work our best to respond between 24 to 48 hours.

6.3          Anonymous or unknown User ID will not be entertained.

6.4          We reserve the right not to respond to any form of communication including threats that is vague, racist, and defamatory in nature.

7.            SEVERABILITY

If any provision of the above T&C shall be deemed unlawful, void, or for any reason unenforceable under the law of any jurisdiction, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions in this jurisdiction nor the validity and enforceability of the provision in question under the law of any other jurisdiction.

8.            GOVERNING LAW

The Terms and Conditions policy shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the in Malaysia.
